Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients who no-show or cancel last minute may be required to pay 100% of the service before booking again.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect scheduled appointments.
